The first in a new series of wines we're calling the Cryptogram Series, this is a wonderfully clean and precise sparkling wine. The Cryptogram was designed by famous Spanish architect, Antoni Gaudi. We discovered it while traveling with friends in Barcelona recently and were immediately fascinated that the sum of each row, and even the corner blocks of the Cryptogram, always equal the total of "33".
Tirage bottled in November, 2017 and kept on the lees for two years. Disgorged on November 8th, 2019. Methode Champenoise. Delicious already and a perfect wine for the Holidays.
